Questions
Ad blockers work from lists of sites to cut. Almost every well-known affiliate
platform is on them, along with addresses containing words like track
or pixel. A link served from your own site, on an address that uses
none of those words, matches no rule.
We will not quote you a percentage of sales "recovered": nobody knows how to measure that seriously. What we claim is checkable — those lists are public, you can read them, and your site is not in them.
No. The PayPal and Wise accounts are yours. You authorise us to trigger a transfer from your balance to your affiliate's, and nothing more: the funds never pass through us. Holding other people's funds is a regulated business, and it is not ours.
No. On Shopify, you authorise Meritt from your store, and that is it: nothing to install, no code. Stripe, PayPal and WooCommerce connect from the app, and Meritt reads your sales itself.
On WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or Webflow, the app shows you where to go and gives you the value to paste, already filled in with your domain. And if you would rather touch nothing today, your links work right away on our address. They are simply less well protected from ad blockers.
Sixty days by default, and you can change that. Past that point the sale is no longer attributed, and the screen tells you so clearly.
That window applies to the click. Once your server has told us which customer it belongs to, that customer's renewals stay credited for as long as your program says: for life, or for the number of months you set.
You hear it from us, not from the affiliate. Meritt asks PayPal or Wise again every hour until a final answer. If the funds come back, the affiliate's balance is put back as it was, the sales concerned become payable again, a credit note cancels the invoice, and the affiliate gets a message correcting the first one.
You do, in their name, if they have agreed from their own area. That is the condition every tax authority sets. Without that agreement they get a receipt instead: same figures, but nothing is declared in their name.
Either way the numbers run without gaps, and a returned transfer produces a credit note that cancels the invoice.
Yes. Each affiliate is paid in the currency they earned in, and we convert nothing. The screen shows you separately what you owe in each currency.
Each program has its own signup link. The person gives their name and their address, and their link is created straight away. If you would rather review applications, they wait for your go-ahead. A discount code can be created for them along the way.
They get a welcome email with their link and their code, and they have their own area to follow their clicks, sales, balance and invoices.
You get everything back: affiliates, clicks, sales, accounts, documents. What you owe stays owed and stays visible. We never cut the links over an unpaid invoice — that would break what your affiliates have already published. What stops is funds going out.
Your affiliates' links run through your site, so ad blockers do not cut them.
Funds go from your own PayPal or Wise account to your affiliate's, never through us, with the invoice.
Commission plans, sub-affiliation, coupons, dashboard, API and webhooks, team and roles, white label, and migration without breaking your links.
