Nothing to install. You authorise Meritt from your store, and tracking runs on your own domain from the first second — no code, no developer.
Meritt/apps/. Your links carry that, and tracking works the same.The click sets a first-party cookie on your domain. Your server can bind a customer id to it, and that is the level that survives a change of device.
Funds leave your own PayPal or Wise account, with the invoice. A transfer that comes back is caught and corrected on both sides.
