Affiliate tracking for IIS

IIS can serve your affiliate links from your own domain. One reverse-proxy rule, written once, and your links look like pages of your site — which is what no block list targets.

Mode A — on your own domain

What to do

Where : web.config

One rule to set once, at your host. The app hands it over already filled in with your domain: nothing to write, only to paste.

Worth knowing

A server module has to be enabled. It is nearly always installed already; sometimes it just has to be declared.

And then

Attribution

The click sets a first-party cookie on your domain. Your server can bind a customer id to it, and that is the level that survives a change of device.

Payouts

Funds leave your own PayPal or Wise account, with the invoice. A transfer that comes back is caught and corrected on both sides.

The price

$0, $49 or $99 a month. Never a percentage of your revenue, your commissions or your transfers.
